What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ depends on the product and customization requirements. For standard products, the MOQ is usually 1,000 pcs. Please contact us to confirm the MOQ for your selected model.
Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
Yes. We provide both OEM and ODM services. We can support customized product design, colors, logos, packaging, and product functions. Our R&D team can also work with customers from concept and prototype development to mass production.
How long is the lead time?
The standard production lead time is usually around 30–40 days. For new projects or customized products, additional time may be required. We recommend confirming the production schedule with us before placing an order.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products can be developed and tested to meet target-market requirements, including CE, RoHS, FCC, UL, KC, PSE and other applicable standards.
